Since the launch of its first catamaran in 2015, DAY 1 has implemented a unique manufacturing method called One Shape. This innovative process enables hulls to be built without molds, by assembling panels in Sandwich Composite planes, creating a lighter, more durable and high-performance structure. The One Shape method ensures lightness and efficiency on the water, while reducing costs and optimizing the use of environmentally-friendly materials. By combining this technique with low-drag hulls, the choice of electric or hybrid propulsion, solar panels and sail, DAY 1 has been able to reduce energy consumption and minimize the environmental impact of its boats, while maximizing their reliability.
This unique know-how enables each boat to offer maximized, comfortable and protected passenger accommodation, as well as stable navigation and excellent maneuverability, essential for day trips at sea.
In collaboration with Chantier de l’Arsenal and Yacht Concept, DAY 1 continues to innovate, offering 100% customizable layouts to suit every sailing program.
